The ladies in the office are very prompt and reasonable! They got me in a place quick! They always let you know when they are coming. As well as what the owner of the property expects. I had one little maintenance need and it was fixed when they said it would be! I have been happy 😊 to work with them! I would love to work with them on buying a home when I am ready!

I am very very dissatisfied with the quality of the of this place. They grass only gets cut once a month and that's a big problem for me because it looks trashy and it is spring and there's snakes out. We already found 2 in the last month. It doesn't feel like you can make it your home. I've been having plumbing problems sense the day we moved in. I have asked over and over to get my plumbing fix for the past 5 months. 2 of my plumbing problems finally got fix about a month and a half ago. However I've been asking for 6 months for the bathroom sick to be fix and they have yet fixed the problem. I have been threatened to be kicked out because of another tenant calling in and saying things that never happened. Instead of calling me themselves and asking what happened ( however nothing that the other tenant said was true). But instead of calling me an asking I was called and blessed out for no reason and was threatened to be kicked out once again. I have always paid my rent on time and my daughter and I keep to ourselves. My daughter is gay and they have a problem with that also. They don't mind calling and blessing someone out for no apparent reason but lord forbid if you need something fixed. There is a huge difference between talking to someone and talking at someone. I find it very disrespectful and uncalled for. I'll just leave it at that for now. However out of 5 stars I give them less than one. I have also as management for the owner's name and number and she refused to give it to me.

My experience with the staff and the community at Ayer’s Realty has been amazing from the first time we met the staff. When we request the repairs they are taking care of right away.
