Since moving here 2 years ago, Avia and the management team have been such a breath of fresh air! I have lived all over the Birmingham area, but Avia has been the only community that delivers on every promise made. All maintenance issues are resolved quickly and correctly. Any question or concern I have, is addressed immediately. They maintain the landscape and property year round which makes you proud to come home to such a beautiful place. The staff is friendly and respectful and most importantly, they truly care about their tenants! The pool is great for the Alabama Summers and the park, pickle ball courts, and baseball fields are within walking distance - a major bonus as well! The neighbors are all pleasant and if you have dogs, they are super pet-friendly! My dogs love to visit the nearby dog park or stopping by the office to grab a dog treat. The many pet stations around the community are very convenient. I don't see myself living anywhere else!

Super convenient location and probably the best apartment complex in town! A friend visited us briefly and could not believe how well kept the grounds are and how clean the pool is. Management is by far the best we've come across (and we've lived in many apartments complexes all over the country). New maintenance is awesome and always around to help. Neighbors are mostly friendly and courteous.

I loved living at Avia the past 2 years. I highly recommend living there for anyone looking for an apartment in the Birmingham area. The staff is excellent, the amenities are great and maintenance was always super helpful. There were very few instances when I did have to call maintenance but the times I did they were very quick to come and resolve the problem. I also loved how safe the surrounding area was and the proximity to Wald Park.

I have lived at Avia for almost a year and just resigned my lease for another year. I have had all great experiences! All the staff are very kind and willing to help. I’ve had great experiences with the maintenance staff who have come to my apartment in a timely matter to fix any issues. The maintenance staff always show up within a day or two or sometimes come the day we report the complaint. The amenities are nicely kept and it’s always a quiet environment. Cannot recommended Avia enough!

Living at Avia has been an excellent experience. The location is great, as we are in great proximity to Wald Park, which offers excellent outdoor activities. The staff has been nothing short of incredible, as they take the well-being of the community very seriously. I would recommend living here, especially for college students.

I have lived here for almost a year now and out of all the places i've lived, I can honestly say that this has been my favorite apartment complex. The staff is incredible and the amenities are always well kept. Most game days the clubhouse is full of college students hanging out and watching on the big screen which is right next to the pool deck. Maintenance is fast and easy. Most of the complaints i've seen have been about mold in the showers or bugs inside but that's honestly on you to clean up after yourself. If you don't know how to prevent mold or bugs, the staff will help you. All you have to do is ask!

I could not speak more highly of Avia! This will be my second year in a town home and I have really enjoyed my experience. Terrell and Amanda, who work at the office, are super friendly and easy to get in contact with. The minor problems we have had are repaired in a very timely manner. It’s super clean and in a safe location. Highly recommend considering Avia - coming from a students perspective!

Been living here for a few years now and it is the only rental property I have lived at where the staff actually listen. Be it from suggestions to maintenance to just wanting to chat the Avia members actually take an effort to ensure you are heard. They also will go out of their way to work with you to ensure any of your personal needs are met. I've recommended them every time I know someone needs an apartment.
