Lived here for 5 years and gotta say I love the place. It's pretty quiet. The office staff is great and my work orders are always taken care of quickly. It was a little rough with the washer dryer project but all in all I love it here.

Akeem was great! him and Ashleigh showed great customer service! Akeem showed me a lovely 2 bedroom and made us feel at home and helped us fill out an application. this property and their service made us feel at home. I recommend this place!

Staff is nice and welcoming. But, this complex has a HUGE infestation issue. They charge you monthly for pest control, but no resolution. Maintenance left unfinished, and poor communication between maintenance and tenants. I loved the apartment itself, just not everything that came with it. Also, you get charged LIKE CRAZY upon moving out and never did a final walk through.

This apartment has a lot of minuses, a huge minus is that it is very expensive and the service staff is just zero, once my refrigerator broke, I waited 3 days for this refrigerator to be fixed and the price is expensive and most importantly, safety is zero, there is no gate at the entrance, any homeless person can come in, my car was stolen twice... so I do not recommend it as a complete waste...

worst moving experience ever !!! pictures are from date of moving they also have a serious Infestation issues, multiple problems with bugs!!!
I wasn’t able to post all the pictures but moved here December 2022 It’s been nothing but a nightmare Moved into an unfinished apartment after being lied to and manipulated being told that our apartment was going to be ready when it wasn’t. Management is horrible I’ve made multiple maintenance request, but none of them have been met our water heater has been broken for months on end. my car Has been vandalized and my starter has been stolen Because this community is not closed community, their cameras do not work so you are liable for anything that happens.

My experience renting in this terrible place, they charged me what they wanted when I left, when they noted among the balcony blinds that they did not work and they still charged me for them, the painting of the dressers inside. They would have warned me that nothing could be placed, apart from the fact that my car was vandalized twice and nothing was ever done, I fumigated because there were cockroaches but well they charged for the fumigation
