Authority Property Managment is the best. I'm an owner and I really appreciate their quick and professional responce. Authority managed a rental for me from 2016-2025, and did an amazing job. They were always very responsive to any questions or needs I had as an owner, and also seemed to be the same for the tenants. Super helpful when it came to facilitating repairs to the unit. They were also great about filling any vacancy quickly and making the tenant transitions smooth.

This company charged us for carpet cleaning, carpet treatment and carpet replacement after we were only there for 3 months. I'm flabbergasted! Also charged for cleaning appliances after emailing us that the place looked great and re-rentable. We spent several hours upon move out disinfecting, and mopping everything. I have worked for property management companies since the 90's and know very well how clean to leave a place upon move out. We paid the bill but will be filing a small claim. Be aware and take lots of before and after pictures like we did!
