I’m so incredibly happy I decided to call Austin Capital Mortgage. Tom Oltmann spent a generous amount of time on our initial phone call answering every question I had and he explained everything in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable with the process. My husband and I were first time homebuyers with a “non-traditional” situation and a short time frame to lock in our dream home. Tom worked through the holidays to help us close on time and I can’t say enough positive things about his attentiveness and honesty through the entire process. What probably would have been a stressful experience with most other mortgage companies was actually quite seamless and easy. Tom was always a step ahead and genuinely cared. Nicholas Josey has been top notch from our first call through out the entire buying process. I bought my first home through Austin Capital Mortgage. So thankful a friend recommended Nicholas to me. He made house buying fun! Even when things got a little hectic and complicated, it never felt that way because he was so informative, understanding and laidback. We were able to laugh through those difficult moments and keep going.
