Miranda at Augusta Rentals was very helpful and found me and my fiance a house the same day after the house we planned on renting was taken before we could fill out the loan application. She very nice and informative once she had information about other properties. Within a couple hours she had all the documentation completed!! Miranda helped orchestrate the application paperwork for my daughter & I, despite our chaotic schedules, she made it happen!
