Atlantic states manages my villa complex on Hilton Head Island and I had a concern about a possible leak in my villa. Kristin Pastore was super friendly and had someone out to address the problem the next day and then had me a response and even offered assistance in finding more solutions for me later that day. My experience with Atlantic States Management has been excellent over the past year after some process changes were put in place.. The entire team, but namely the individuals on the front lines (Katie C and Kristin P) have been exceptionally responsive and informative throughout the large building project thst has been in progress since last August. Their ability to acknowledge the numerous questions from the membership and get answers from the construction companies, the vendors involved and the management and respond back to those who made requests has been excellent.
