I was very happy that Jackie was willing to 'sit down' with me and work through different options for structuring the loan and go over exactly what it would take to get the approval. I had talked to another lender prior to my conversation with Jackie and they didn't show anywhere near the level of support/effort. They also didn't even mention debt restructuring to come up with a plan that would work for me. Additionally, I really liked the website she used to show the numbers with multiple options based on points bought, down payment amount, etc...

These guys are amazing.

My original mortgage application with my first lender, Bank of America, fell through on closing day. That was devastating and extremely stressful, especially as a first-time home buyer on a time crunch.

Scott Davis and Josh (of Davis Team) were able to rescue me, and we were clear to close within 7 days!! (during Christmas week, no less!).

Suffice it to say, working with them has been nothing short of fantastic. They were kind, competent, responsive… the whole 9 yards, and then some.

Truly my only regret was not coming here in the first place. They really deserve all the praise they get.
