Moved in about a month ago & I love it here. I really like the kitchen area, it’s nice to see an apartment that doesn’t have the old brown cabinets. The community amenities (pool, dog park, gym, club house) are very nice & always kept clean. My favorite is the cabanas at the pool, they have mini fridges & comfortable outdoors chairs.
Almitrus was very helpful & accommodating to have a smooth moving in process.
Great price for a beautiful & safe community.
Definitely recommend!

Ever since new management came, the experience was much better. Lisa is so sweet and kind. When I saw that there was an extra admin charge erroneously added to my account, she immediately corrected it. The apartments itself have always been nice. The property manager Scott is also professional and willing to answer emails with any questions. Overall a nice apartment and property and friendly staff that isn’t just turning you away. Maintenance requests were also easy to submit online and they got looked at within 1 business day. If we didn’t have to move for financial reasons, we definitely would renew our lease.

management will sick a tow truck on you with one days notice by putting a sticker on your windshield you can't scrape off. there is insufficient parking and management is severally lacking in communication between maintenance and the family's. it took them over a month to fix a hole the only tub in our apartment that was leaking between walls, causing mold. they never gave us notice when the repair men would be there, we had strange men demand entry based on what management told them and not us. if I could give negative stars I would. Atlantic breeze is a cheap "luxury" apartment with no playground but dog parks instead. stay far away if you want a decent livable apartment. -5 stars.

This apartment complex exceeded our expectations in a huge way! Lisa was such a huge help getting us into a beautiful home. The amenities are wonderful; beautiful apartments, large kitchen, great pool and gym. We’ve been here for a short time but have enjoyed every bit of it so far.

Absolutely love everything about this place! My husband & I were looking around for homes in a hurry with him being stationed here & Lisa was quick to have us come in for a tour the same day we needed. Lisa was very knowledgeable & sweet. She accommodated every one of our needs & I highly recommend going to her for anything you need. I love how the apartment was very spacious & the amenities made it feel even more at home. Overall our experience here exceeded our expectations!

Where do I begin. I was one of the 1st 50 to move in and have been here ever since. I was leary when I heard we were under new management until I met Lisa & Scott. Scott is so friendly, professional & personable & omg Lisa is such a gem. I work remote and began to experience issues with noise from the new upstairs neighbors and she went above and beyond to find a resolution that I’d be happy with. Because of that I am renewing my lease yet AGAIN. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay go see Lisa & tell her I sent you 😂 You won’t regret it.
