Ray and his team did a great job helping us sell our house. He put us in touch with great professionals to get the house ready to list. He was always available for our questions and friendly and professional. We accepted an offer within a week and I felt at ease through the whole process which was especially important since we were doing this from out of town. I highly recommend Atlanta Peach Management & Realty to anyone considering purchasing a home. Ray and his team of professionals provide good old fashioned honesty and integrity, which is refreshing to find. Ray was consistently punctual for appointments and very quick to respond to any needs we had. In this area's competitive real estate market, Ray helped us to see some homes the first day they went on the market. The staff always communicates maintenance issues in a timely fashion that allows for timely repairs. I highly recommend Atlanta Peach Management. Ray and Shandra are awesome to work with. They were always available to answer my questions. I used the company to rent my home and they found a great renter. I later placed my home up for sale and I received my first offer in less than 3 weeks. Ray and his team have managed multiple and sold multi-family projects for us and have done a phenomenal job with them. We constantly relied on their expertise and deep area knowledge and are very happy with the results. They truly take an integrated approach to addressing issues and challenges and have a unique way of managing the relationship with the tenants that at the end of the day worked positively for the bottom line. We eventually used them to sell our projects and they used their vast network to find us the right buyer for the price we were seeking. I would definitely use them again for our next project.

I can not begin to describe how thrilled I have been with Atlanta Peach Management in handling my Real Estate activities as a user of their services.
