I completely DISCOURAGE using Betsy Meagher and Mary Corder for real estate needs. My experience with them was extremely frustrating, opaque and unprofessional. I found a property that seemed perfect for my family and decided to proceed with the application process. As someone with a long rental history and having owned two homes, I’ve never encountered so much unnecessary paperwork or hurdles when applying for a rental.

I completed all the required paperwork and promptly responded to Betsy and Mary’s requests. However, simple questions, such as asking for the move-in date, were repeatedly ignored. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall lack of transparency led me to believe they are more interested in collecting application fees from multiple prospective renters to boost their revenue than actually helping clients secure a home.

Despite the property being on the market for over 60 days, I never heard back from Betsy or Mary after submitting my application payment. Given the lack of response and professionalism, I strongly advise finding an agent who respects your time and money and is committed to serving your best interests—not just their own.

I used Atlanta fine homes to rent out my apartment. The communication wasn't the best which resulted in me learning that my tenant was moving out two weeks before the lease end date, resulting in a late start for a new tenant search and missing the pick season. They were unapologetic about it and, I don't want to say lied, but said things which were verifiably incorrect, several times. My impression was that the issues are systematic and raising them with their management did not help either.

I have switched to a different company now that is much better so far.

Lived in a rental ran by them. The absolute worst. Unresponsive. Rigid. Left water leaks unfixed. Created issues returning deposit. Crazy fees on everything. Luckily I had an amazing landlord and we worked everything through without them involved.

If you want your items stolen, your keys given to your neighbor without your consent and the worst realtors in charge of your property then choose this company. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had and reading the reviews proves my point. Such a sad company ran by people who don’t care about selling your home. It’s filled with so many people who should not be trusted.

Had to call 6+ times and sent countless emails before ANYONE got back to me. So sad to see your dream home go because there was no communication.

I had to try on 4 separate occasions to get the real estate agent Jason Hatcher to answer me. I even had to call the branch office to make sure he was an actual agent there, because he never answered voicemails or Zillow questions. They were the ones that suggested texting him. When I did, he was very rude and and uninterested in the conversation. He even forgot our appointment time even though we’d scheduled literally a week in advance. No wonder that house hasn’t been rented in over 4 months Jason, you’re bad at your job and unprofessional. I would never recommend this business to anyone just off of my experience with Jason alone.

These people stole 270 from me. They charged me application fee for a house then they told me your family size i big for this house. The house is 2700 sqft. and four bedroom. I told them before I filled the application that we are a family of six they said yes just fill the application. After I paid the fees, they took the fees and denied me for no reason. Be aware of these people. they are not BBB accredited and have no credibility.

Recently, I had to purchase a home for my father so he could come live closer to me in Johns Creek. I selected Michelle Pittman with Atlanta Fine Homes to be our agent. From the very first communication, Michelle was so amazing to work with. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure we found and purchased the perfect home. Even though the cost of the house was relatively low compared to other homes in the area, Michelle treated the relationship as if it were a multi-million dollar purchase. Because houses sell so fast after coming on the market, it was a challenge to make an offer on a house before it went under contract. However, Michelle worked so hard to search for homes that met our criteria and preview them even before taking us to view the home. She followed up on every detail and truly represented our interests. I can't recommend Michelle enough for the amazing job she did. She was a true pleasure to work with. Now, I can rest assured that my father will be nearby.
