After 7+years of renting a 1950's duplex from this group. I decided to move; got a better offer and gave 3 weeks notice. Electrical & plumbing issues along with a foundation issue that was cracking tile inside faster thans birds poop was also a thought. I was the model tenent, payed on time, early a lot of the time! Kept Apt. as clean as when I moved in and rarely used their maintenance people... Mgr. seemed OK and knew that they now could charge Cali-market rates. One and a half mo.'s later I recieve their letter demanding twice as much as the deposit I told them they could keep to do cleaning, etc. The typical rental real- estate second gouge to boost their final profit margin. Pay-up or we send it to collection. I payed up, don't need there criminal kind around in my world, but thought I better put the word out for the other innocents that come along.

This is the best rental company I have ever met! The staff are very friendly! It’s very efficient! And the landlord helped me a lot unconditionally! I‘m happy to have such a good property company! I highly recommend them!

Horrible property management. Shared private information with other renters. Would not come fix our air conditioning in 110 degree weather. Our neighbors were meth heads and started a bunch of crap and they did absolutely nothing

The staff is so nice and they don’t over charge their tenants. I even noticed that they don’t keep the deposit for no reason like other places do. I recommend ATA properties!

These people are fraudulent! Beware!!! Do not rent from them and avoid LiZ like the black plague!!! If you thought equity was bad! These people need to be on the news as well!!!!

Common areas are always clean, problems always addressed the same day(very few problems) and the bathrooms are always spotless. I only moved out of necessities, but my 5 years there were excellent.
