We live in a community managed by Associa. I have been asking for a gate remote (that I have to pay for) for over a month. They eventually told us to pick them up at the office. When my husband showed up they said the gate wasn't working correctly so they couldn't sell him a remote. I have reached out to them multiple times with no solution. What exactly do we pay our monthly fees for?

HORRIBLE customer service! Our HOA switched to them a few months ago. Somehow in the transfer of information, my name is incorrect (Loughran instead of Donna...not even close). I have emailed 3 times to have it corrected and it is still not done. Now I received a statement for my January dues, and it is telling me I did not pay for December even though my bank statement verifies I paid on November 29th.
