Rene is amazing and I don't know if I will be able to express, with words, my gratitude for all that she has done for us. She recently helped us purchase our first home. Hello, I wanted to let everyone know about a SuperStar Real Estate Agent, and her name is Nicole Zaborsky!! She helped/ guide my 2 Sons and I trough the negotiations, inspections and closing process, with professionalism and kindness that I was not expecting! We were purchasing a South Lake Tahoe home for our three families, but we were 200 miles away from Tahoe. Every twist and turn in the purchasing process was met with personalized , boots on the ground efficiency! We worked with Nicole to purchase a home in South Lake Tahoe and could not recommend her more! She guided us through the entire process of purchasing our first home and went above and beyond in every step of the process. When we were out of town, she always offered to pre-view homes for us, and once we went into escrow she took on tons of extra phone calls, office visits, and visits to the home to ensure we were aware of any repairs, extra costs, and HOA regulations. If it wasn’t for Rene I don’t think I would have been able to close on my house. We had a unique situation with a lien on the sellers side and if it wasn’t for her professionalism, perseverance and knowledge we would have run out of time with my lender and it would have killed my deal. She found us the only alternative title company around that would insure the property and pushed this sale along to close within my time restrains. We love our house and I have recommended her to many friends in the area. Simply put, I wouldn’t think of going with another agent or brokerage in the area.
