The entire experience of my home purchase with Pulte Homes was an amazing experience. It started the minute I walked through the doors at the models where Brent the sales agent greeted me, to working with Pulte's loan agents to Brian the Builder Engineer. Each and every interaction was great. I felt like I was in good hands from the very start. I think I was blown away at the reality of everything becoming just such an easy process. It truly was a wonderful experience. My home feels so well put together and sturdy. Everything is functioning and working as it should be. I will absolutely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone who is looking to buy!

So far I am happy with buying with Pulte house. Expecially their Customer Care Manager, Curtis Parrish is an excellent cooperative person. Any issue with the new house, he is very cooperative to help. The construction manager Josh also was excellent guy. I am not sure where is now.

TLDR: Do not waste your time with the "sales" representitives who answer the initial call, ask for a virtual appointment.

Update:
I called again and am still only able to reach the same two people. After asking questions their only response was a very short and rude "How can I help you?"
After an effort which was like pulling teeth I was able to find out that I have to set up a virtual appointment to have my questions answered.
It took several calls in which could have been prevented had they set up a virtual call immediately. The point is to sell the houses right?
It sounds like these sales representatives hate working there. I shouldn't have put any more effort but I knew that in the long run it's just temperary.
I called to inquire about homes to talk to someone who was incredibly rude. Her name was Laurie. I was asking open questions to be met with complete silence.
I tried to continue my inquiry but every response sounded like it was an inconvenience for her.
Short responses. Very rude and unhelpful.
I had to lead the conversation because she was constantly trying to close the call.
I mean, the houses seem great but I wasn't able to learn ANYTHING about the homes. Eventually she just cut off the conversation saying that she will send me the website. I can do that easily on my
own.
Anyway, the homes look very unique and in a nice area.
But I don't want to waste my time.
