If I could give Ascend lending and Mr Jake Sears 20 stars I would! They have made this process so easy and so quick. Everytime we had a question they was so quick and thorough with the answers! Im honestly amazed at how easy they've made this! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone trying to buy a home . If you choose them you will NOT regret it!

This lady after giving all my information sent a long email stating I was qualified but it was going to be a tight situation. I politely asked if they could call me to talk about email and she abruptly said she was not doing business with me after I had made the comment it was disappointing I could not get a phone call to discuss my situation. Very poor business after sharing my personal information with her. Be careful who you count on with your personal information and going days waiting on an answer. Very unfair and def disappointing to be treated in such a manor . All because I asked to have an email explained to me. I def like the good old days when people were more personal able and explained things to you in person or on the phone.
