Models are well-staged and highlight the all-in-one living areas. Bedrooms are not as spacious but adequate given the total square footage of the floor plans. Bathrooms are typical for this size.

Blocks are released in phases and you'll pay more for locations off Stevens Creek. Pricing is Cupertino inflated, but gets you a new townhome next to Memorial Park but also near Highway 85 instead of a 60 year old single family home in a neighborhood.
