Craig has been great to work with in the past 5 years on 30 plus new construction projects. I pass his company contact on to anyone needing surveying and development services. I was trying to find the surveyor who surveyed our land over 10 years ago. I called Arrow North since it came up first on a Google search and was still open after 5 PM. Craig was so kind and helpful! Arrow was not the company which did the work, but Craig found the name of the surveyor who was recorded at the county Register of Deeds. He went out of his way- finding the information website and emailing it to me.

Craig had his team get to us within the week. We were originally given a little bit of wait time (which was no big deal) but when a spot opened up, his team was at our front door ready to work. They were kind and very friendly! Turn around time was awesome too so we could begin the permitting process!

Craig at North Arrow Surveying did a great job. He’s the man to contact for your surveying and lot split needs. He split our 3 acre lot in Greenville into 4 lots. Other surveyors were all too busy, or said it can’t be done. He’s easy to work with knows the work. Process took about 3 months.
Only thing I would do differently is ask for an emailed estimate with expected time frames of the different steps and payment dues. Also it would be nice to meet Craig initially to explain the goals for the property’s. Asking midway if that property line is long enough for the planned garage is not ideal.
We have received building permits and construction is on the way. Thanks Craig!
