Tim and Lisa Muetterties were the perfect facilitators during the selling of our parent’s vacation home after their passing. They were very knowledgeable of all laws and were able to convey them to us in an easy comprehendible way. The Muetterties showed sensitivity to the fact we lived a distance from the home. They helped set up local help for repairs and disposal of items needing to be removed for the sale the home. Our family is very grateful to the Muetterties. We highly recommend them!

5 stars for Tim and Lisa for helping our family to find the perfect cabin in Blue Lake Springs. Any decent realtor can show you houses and help you put together an offer, but where Tim and Lisa really shine is in their knowledge of the different neighborhoods and in what to look for and what to avoid in a mountain home.

We really appreciated their help managing the process around our septic tank. With Tim's connections, he was able to quickly get a septic engineer and inspector out to our property (between snow storms) so we understood the cost of fixing septic issues before our escrow period ended.

Tim and Lisa have continued to help post-closing - they came by to show us how to winterize the cabin, have been there to meet service people who've come by when we aren't there, answered our endless questions, etc.

We are so happy that we found Tim and Lisa via these google reviews and would 100% recommend them to anyone else looking to buy in Arnold.

I met Lisa and Tim about 1 1/2 yrs ago. At the time my 85 year old father was thinking of selling the property to move back to San Jose. Tim and Lisa both convinced him that it wasn't the best thing for him to do (I was very grateful) even though they lost out on a sale.
Recently things have changed and it was time to put the cabin up for sale. We live hours away making it hard to clean it out properly. Lisa and Tim stepped in and handled much more than we could have hoped for. They were very communicative and guided us pleasantly through the entire process. The cabin was on the market for about 2 weeks.

When it comes to honesty, integrity, and knowledge of the local market and real estate industry, Tim and Lisa Muetterties go unmatched. They presented current comparable sales and went over key features that my house had and why they thought it could fetch a higher price than the average house of the same size that had recently sold or that was on the market. They marketed my home very well making it stand out from the rest. In a time where homes were selling very slowly and usually under list price, I ended up with multiple offers over list price and within days of listing was already in escrow. The escrow was very smooth and I was well informed of the progression every step of the way.

It is my pleasure to review my experience working with Lisa and Tim Muetterties of Arnold CA Real Estate. We just closed on a multimillion dollar property. It simply would not have happened were it not for Lisa and Tim. I was inexperienced . The property had multiple parcels, different ownership tittles, and tenants. although I know it not to be the case, Lisa made me feel as though I was her only client. She answered every call. text, and email. I am very busy, but Lisa and Tim accommodated my schedule and met me numerous times despite long travel times for them. She arranged numerous meeting with notaries , and secretarial service at the tittle company. Every day was a challenge, but Lisa and Tim were upbeat, positive, and innovative. I know the property owner. His concerns were different of course, both unique and complicated. I am certain he feels the same about his experience with Lisa and Tim. I had never considered integrity as a quality for a successful realtor, but I do now. I would not consider working with anyone else.

After reading the Google reviews we decided to give Tim a call. We had a recent bad experience with another realty group up there and we are so glad we found Tim and Lisa. Tim answered the phone and took the time to listen and actually have a conversation. We set up a date to meet and Tim took the time to show us around and really explain how things worked up there. Lisa took the time to come out and meet us that evening. They are both very genuine people. He and Lisa gave us really good advice on what to look for and what to avoid. We had only stayed in the area on vacations before, but they really gave us a local's perspective. Both know a lot about that area since they have been locals for a long time. You can tell they take great pride in their community and are very active in local issues.

They were available any time we wanted to come up and look at houses. Even though they were busy with other transactions they always took the time to talk, meet, and show us around. There were also a few “counseling” sessions and real talk when things started getting stressful due to things out of our control. I can't say enough good things about their responsiveness to our calls, emails, and texts. If one of them was busy, the other would get back to us and always answered our questions.

It didn't take us long to find a place we wanted, but it wasn't an easy transaction by any means. No matter what issue came up they always had a can-do attitude and stuck it out with us even when it looked like the deal might not go through. Even during the inspections, they knew who to call to get things done. They took care of everything, so we didn't have to worry about anything. They have a list of professionals they trust and that do dependable work.

We were able to get the cabin we wanted in Blue Lake Springs. Even after the transaction was done, Tim and Lisa have remained responsive and are such a wealth of knowledge. They tell you how to winterize your cabin and they have a website of companies they recommend. Tim and Lisa are professionals and truly care about their clients. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you want honest realtors who will take care of you from start to finish, don’t hesitate to give them a call.
