As a tenant in a building managed by Armory Management Co. I feel very fortunate. They are very pleasant and responsive to every request I have ever had.. The maintenance personnel are professional and respectful responding to problems quickly and with care to personnel property in the unit.
The Property Manager has always been accommodating to the needs of our “community “. The building is well kept and secure… and it is a pleasure to live here.

They provided excellent services over the three years I rented from them and kept the rent manageable. They also promptly addressed any maintenance concerns I came across. I rented from AMC for two years. I was in one of their properties and then upgraded to a larger unit after a year. First off, Kara is the best. She is willing to work with you to get you what you need and is so nice (she even brought treats for my dog once). I would still be living with them if I didn't have to move for work. Special shoutout to the maintenance workers. So friendly and always willing to help out. Gonna miss this place!

We rent commercial space from Armory. They were fantastic to work with when we worked on a buildout. Everything was done on time and communication was strong. They are very responsive when we have any issues in the building and they do a nice job maintaining the interior shared spaces.

My landlord kara is always helpful with anything i need and always tries to make my life easier which is why i really enjoy living here and would definitely recommend to friends & family.

I rent a second floor apartment in a 3 floor home near Valley from Armory Management Company. I can’t run my ac or have my oven on without tripping a breaker and randomly will have nothing but ice cold water for weeks. I have struggled to get maintenance to come out at all and they never fully fix the water. They are way to cheap to fix the electrical so the keep ignoring me. But it’s ok for them to parade people through my place regularly to sell this dump for the owner. The place has mice and bugs.

Every interaction we have had with Armory Management has been unprofessional. They have failed to communicate with us on multiple accounts and for extended periods (more than 6 months after an initial request), and we have not gotten anything at our property fixed or looked at through them-- we have always had to go direct to the owner, which is exactly what we are not supposed to have to do with a management company. Kara Zopfi is extremely rude and hostile, and she will treat you terribly for no reason.

For example, we have been asking for our windows to be fixed since our move in date and sent multiple emails regarding this and every time Armory plays ignorant saying they will forward our request to the owner and then proceed to do nothing. We found ourselves with freezing temperatures below 50 degrees farenheit in the winter with the heating not working and the only solution given to us by Armory was to switch on our OVEN to warm up the house. The only nice person we interacted with was Mindy but she left almost a year ago... lucky her.

I do not recommend renting a property managed by Armory if you can avoid it. Some of the properties they manage are good (and the owners reasonable)-- but the management company itself is not good at managing, as every issue is met with radio silence.
