I don't rent from them, but know someone who does. I won't go into details because I fear they will retaliate against my friend. Everything stereotype you have ever heard referring to a slum lord is true about this business. Yes they rent cheap but people deserve to live in a place that is safe and structurally sound. Worst place to rent from, no don’t do it unless you need a place to stay and everywhere else is token. I was going to school down there and needed a place so I from this company last minute and go an apartment they asked if I wanted them to clean it and boom it for roaches before I move in. The next day it went I did it smelled with roach spray for at least two months and we still had them and they never picked the apartment up. Ceiling in the bathroom had a big hole cause of a leak that was never fixed. But to be honest there was more kinda all over the place, did a maintenance report and they never came or never got an updated. Also I moved out in August 2022 and it’s now January of 2023 and I still don’t have my deposit back, the owner Huber never gives it back unless you basically scare him. Would never do this again. There was more just didn’t feel like writing it.

Worst person I've ever rented from. I could go on and on about all the stuff they haven't done and how has the houses are but I'm not. Just know to never EVER RENT FROM HUBERT !! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

They are not helpful at all. All they do is hand out keys to there houses. The girl up front doesn’t know anything about these houses. We are looking for somewhere decent to live & safe since we have a baby. All of these houses are trashy & in trashy neighborhoods

Going into 3rd year renting a home from Arkansas Realty Services and am very impressed. Any time I have needed maintenance for AC, Plumbing, etc., it’s been handled right away! A++ service and very friendly staff.

My experience was HORRIBLE I needed work done on my floors and it took them 4months and me falling through the floor for them to fix it. They came and ripped up the floors and never finished after 3 months

I rented a house from him and its been like 6 months he evicted us for contract violation of non payment but he has been in breach of it this whole time we still dont have no stove so? And thats one of the only things he provides

Bad place to rent from they never really fixed anything we had to hound them about it we rented there for 2 years ya we may have struggled but they we're disrespectful about it and kicked us out without an eviction notice they also put the house already on the website when we where still living in it a month before we left knowing that we didn't have a place to go to and already had someone ready to move in so they rushed us to move out and we scrubbed and cleaned the house and never got our deposit back the sad part is that he is a lawyer he thinks that he can get away with everything
