Our broker, Kevin Keen, was awesome from listing through closing. He helped determine a fair listing price. I had met Robert in Oct 2021 when he had some neighboring property for sale. I had approached him with some real estate questions after the death of my husband. Fast forward to Jan 2023 when he reached out to see how I was and what my circumstances were. He had a buyer for the other property and asked if I was still planning on selling my place. Robert was instrumental in professionally representing his seller while helping me negotiate a sale of my property so that I could move closer to family. He is a young man with a head full of knowledge, a personality perfect for real estate and the principles to make sure transactions are all above board! Sometimes fate puts someone in the right place at the right time…I’m glad Robert was in that place!

Working with Kevin has been great. He is great on text and e-mail and coming from out of state he made the whole process very transparent. I don't know a lot about farming and was looking for a retirement property with some duck hunting on it and Kevin's background in wildlife biology and agriculture was perfect for us. He gave us a great crash course in the area and the land in Arkansas without making us feel like a bunch of rookies. His style and approach was friendly and perfectly adapted to who we are and what we are looking for. I can't recommend him enough.
