I am a first time user of property management companies. I left messages with a few companies, with no return call in the time frame I needed. I was planning to sell my home, but when I mentioned my plans to my neighbor, she provided the contact information for Aristar Property Management Group. I had my mind set on selling but I contacted Aristar to discuss renting options. Anna returned my call, discussed options, scheduled an in person meeting to meet and walk through my home. After much thought, I decided to proceed with hiring Aristar as my property manager for my home. A great and very reasonable property management company. Fair to tenants and property owners with the best intentions in mind while upholding the standard. Maintaining the property was always a priority when properly notified. Fixing issues before they arise is
definitely priority for them. The maintenance techs have commercial and residential experience as well. Anna is a great agent and was always helpful and knowledgeable. Working with Aristar was always seamless and pleasurable.
