Terrible. Archer Reality told us that there was nothing wrong with the house, so my parents (who do not understand English that well btw) trusted Joe Difani and signed the purchase agreement on the closing date, but we later found out that the septic tank was old and broken. The health department's inspector told us that our property did not have a permit on the septic tank, meaning that they did not go through the health department before selling the house. Now we are struggling and the health department has shut off our water from the city because we cannot pay 9 thousand for the septic tank that we did not know was old and broken, which Difani did not tell us about. We are a family of 6, and I am the oldest with 3 other younger siblings, and my parents cannot even pay to fix the AC and water pump in our car. So we do not know how we are going to pay 9 thousand when we cannot even pay for cheaper problems that we have been dealing with. My dad works hard everyday, so much so that he has began developing problems with his legs, and yet his income is very low considering that we are a family of 6, and it is hard for us to even enjoy the things we used to enjoy. We thought about staying at a hotel for as long as we may need but it is too expensive for us to even stay a night or two.

I am 15 and do not understand much about housing so I apologize in advance if what I am saying does not make sense, but I am trying my best to explain everything that my parents explained to me, and am writing about why we are struggling. If you see this, please let me know what we can do because we have no water right now, and we are not able to shower, use the sink, or wash any dirty clothes.

The particular Realtor for the property I was wanting to purchase rarely got back to me with messages and was generally unavailable for any form of contact. It was very frustrating. After using a competing Realty Company I was able to get things done and finally obtained the home I wanted.
