For the price, you’d expect a decent living facility. They used the cheapest building materials. Appliances are shoddy at best. Seems like the plumbing is always leaking somewhere.

Maintenance is known to just barge in, multiple months in my 2 years of living there, they’ve came in without notice or a valid “emergency” reason. During one month, they visited my building 4-5 times to “check on something.” Their quarterly “inspections” never catch anything on their end and much more likely something that they don’t like that you’re doing. Maintence never comes when they say they will, it will always be days later, sometime sup to a week afterwards.

“Management” regularlary sent memos to tenets threatening lease violations and fees for not having all counters clean and having a few dishes in the sink. Although unenforceable objectively, tenets didn’t know that. A few of the workers in the office are very unpleasureable to be in the same room with.

Little children have thrown rocks at cars while waiting for school buses, they run rampant on the property with parent supervision. Never go to the basketball court after school let’s out, children will come up to you and curse you out. Even at night time, the basketball court was a place for teens to go to partake in drug usage. Thankfully I lived a few buildings over or else I would’ve moved out after the first year.

Potential tenets, steer very clear of this property if any of the above make you feel concerned. I wish I would’ve known so years ago. The new buildings are just a facade for the older deeply ingrained problems of previous years.
