Then after a few days into the unit we notified The Arbors we had issues with our appliances. Immediately the Manager was quick to respond fixing multiple appliances that were neglected. Richard and Tra the other two Maintenance men who came to assist with various issues were professional, courteous made sure I was satisfied with their work prior to leaving. (Still waiting for our dishwasher to be resolved)

Despite these issues I have come across it was the Vendors hired by The Arbors and not the company themselves. I understand that in a community as large as this they are doing their best with what they have and I really appreciate and respect that. The staff are amazing and it was nice to see people who cared about families comfort and wanted to make sure our home really did feel like home.

If you are looking for a home for your family, based on how I have been treated by staff alone I highly recommend The Arbors. It was amazing to see families walking around. The shaded community with draping trees and lush landscape. It was surreal considering where I lived prior.

I will update my review as my issues get resolved and as I settle into the community.

I give them three stars due to the vendor's negligence and that it gave our family a couple hiccups which made moving a little more stressful then it needed to be.

Once everything is settled they definitely deserve five stars. Because I am in love with my first real home.

UPDATE So, 5 months later, I'm downgrading my rating to three stars.
We rented other apartments before, and we've never had so many problems within just 5 months.
It was a huge red flag at the beginning when we were informed that our home was not ready only two days before our move-in. When we moved in a week later, the house still had plumbing issues, and the front entry was trashed with piles of cigarette stubs.
Their accounting is a mess. Our monthly rent statements were mistaken three times, and they tried to overcharge us three times — and still are.
You can email the manager but will never get an answer. They can make it clear that they are too busy to see you, or they can schedule an appointment, and cancel it when you already showed up.
I am a working mom of three, and I've already wasted so much time and energy because of their unprofessionalism.

Despite some issues with our move in process, we absolutely love to live at the Arbors. It is clean, green, and quiet. The leasing team quickly reacts to the maintenance inquiries.
The community is safe and family friendly. I like that it is gated and protected by security guards. Our kids love spending time at the pool and playground.

I came in to get a tour on one of the rental properties and i was greeted and escorted by Byron Robinson he was really amazing and informed me on everything i had a question about he even went out his way to show me other floor plans in case i wanted to upgrade despite being almost closing time. He has such a positive and welcoming personality. Also on my way out of the model home he offered me beverages and a little snack . I wish everyone could have him to tour the property with.

Having to pay rent thru an app that never works is legit the cherry on top of the shit cake that the arbor of Antelope are serving. For how much we all have to pay in rent you think you guys would figure out ways to make our living experience better but nope every step of the way it gets worse and worse. Still waiting for someone to come fix our floors that are so wrapped from water damage that our hall door can't even close. The new electric water heaters they installed are also garbage and out of pettiness I timed how long it takes now to get warm water when it used to be instant now take 1 minutes and 3 seconds which allowed me to fill up my biggest pot 3 times before it got warm. Do better!!!!!!!!!

Very Nice and clean neighborhood! They just did a Halloween event for the kids, it was a great and fun event. The kids had lots of fun and received a pumpkin of their choice. Great to see all employees of Arbores at Antelope Apartments get together and give back to the kids.

We've been home searching and we came across this property. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and warm when we came in! Debra and Bryan specifically helped me out with all questions I had and they didn't seem bothered. I thrive to make informed decisions especially for big things that matter and that will play a large part in my life moving forward. They weren't bothered at all and answered all of my questions without hesitation or making me feel like I was doing too much by wanting to know about something in going to be pouring my money into. I wish everyone who worked in this industry thought with the same logic. There was an energy and chemistry I felt walking through the front door amongst the team of people managing this property. Debra and Bryan were well informed and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and in detail. I recommend The Arbors at Antelope for anyone looking for something that meets at the intersection of AFFORDABILITY and CLASS. They fall into a sweet spot where you get the benefits from living in an apartment and the benefits of living in a house, all in one. That's what I love the most!

The staff have been wonderful during the application process and have been very communicative throughout the process. My daughter had a blast during the tour with Ms. Noreen and getting to ride on the golf cart. We're extremely excited to be part of the community!
