Patrick and his team, especially Bob and Jody helped me out with a project that I had little experience with, and did a fantastic job. They did the job in a swift manner and was very responsive to our needs at the time. Indeed a timely service with good result.
They provided the services willingly with very fair charge even though they don't normally do this without being a client of theirs. They listened to my needs as I had inquired about their main service -of being a property management team, but cannot be certain of my disposition at the present time-whether to sell or retain a rental property. Naturally, I wondered if they are willing to help out as I am undecided at this time. Aramis Realty is miles above the rest when it comes to a company qualified and experienced to manage your rental property.

It was with trepidation that I decided to hand over my modest rental property to a management company. Main question was could I trust them to look after my property the way I wanted and to be fair in their fees.
