Aptos Pines is a beautiful place!! It's perfect for families to live!!!! It's very rare when someone speeds through so it's safe for children to play outside without constant supervision!!! They have a beautiful clubhouse with a workout room and with a pool and a hot tub!!!! All of the trees make it feel even more beautiful because you're surrounded by nature!!!! And everyday you get to expirence fresh, crisp air!!!!

Stay away from this place, there's many old crotchety people that very badly want to be gestapo. Folks that call the police if they see improper parking for 15 minutes, or if someone up on the hillside is having a fire. The HOA itself does not listen, and when you do pay their fees and file your paperwork, they'll just forget. This places existence is figuratively criminal. Stay away, you've been warned. (They don't like non-english speakers here.)

I think this is a very nice place,very clean and quiet (besides our barky dogs)alerting Us that the mail had arrived or a UPS packages,also has Great views and Swimming pool, spa,exercise room,game center. 5 minutes to many beaches.

Any and all homeowners associations are by definition a bunch of Stuffy Prix control freaks narcissist and losers. I think it's really need that you own your house and then go back inside please
