My husband and I were just starting our first home buying journey. Since it’s our first time we were filled with so many nerves and so many questions. I can’t express how easy and effortless Holly and Ed made this journey. They answered all our questions super efficiently and made the process super easy for us to understand. Also when it came time to us buying our home they were on top of getting everything in order and getting us the best loan possible!!!! I realize from talking to others about their home buying process how stressful it can be and I see now you have to have the right team because we had the complete opposite experience working with Holly and Ed! Ed is amazing. I can be pretty annoying but he is so patient. We had to do everything from out of state and so working with Apple Mortgage was/is effortless. Best rates, great people, works fast. The previous reviews did not lie to me. Extremely happy and will always use Apple in the future.

This is the second time I have used Apple Mortgage, but my first time working with Ed and Marilyn. I believe that a mortgage broker does a better job of finding the best rate by shopping my loan to multiple lenders. I was not disappointed by this service from Ed at Apple Mortgage. He was quickly responsive to both my emails and texts, often replying within minutes; never longer than 2 hours. The company has great tools to allow you to do everything from the comfort of your home if you have access to a computer and a scanner. In fact, I didn't get to meet Ed until my closing! I think he did a fabulous job on my mortgage and I know I got a rate much lower than any other local bank, or credit union, I had checked. I highly recommend Apple Mortgage for your mortgage, or refinance, needs.

We are so thankful for all his help. In the end he was able to lock in a great rate despite rates going up, that same day.
