Peter was patient with our many questions and very quick to respond to all emails. His speedy response on a Saturday with a last minute lender letter helped us submit an early offer and "win" on our new house. Bridget and Amy were also so quick to respond and answer all our questions during the underwriting process. This is now the 3rd time we've worked with Apex and, especially in this crazy competitive market, we consider them an essential part of our home buying team and highly recommend them. Peter (and KP) were an incredible team to work with! We decided to go with Apex after interacting with the builder’s preferred lender (not Apex) for our newly built condo. The preferred lender definitely acted like he thought our business was guaranteed, and was not very courteous. However, when I spoke with Peter, I immediately got a helpful and friendly vibe from him. He was extremely responsive, friendly, and immediately responded to all of our silly first-time homebuyer questions. His video explanations and email responses were very helpful. And when our condo delivery date was delayed 6 months, he hung in there with us the whole time. We were very impressed with Peter, KP, and Apex as a whole. We would (and plan to) recommend them to friends!

Jason Witt and his team are wonderful to work with! Jason is very knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and professional. I have been through the refinance process a couple of times in the past, but have never experienced such an expeditious process as I did with Apex, and he locked me in at a fantastic rate!
