I have really enjoyed living in Hilltop Garden! It is a very peaceful + safe neighborhood. I have never had any trouble while living here. The ladies in the front office are very helpful / professional. They respond promptly to anything I may need. The maintenance crew is very professional, kind, and prompt. It is at a very convenient location in town - about 5 minutes away from Trader Joe's. I'm very satisfied with my living experience here! I highly recommend! (Hilltop Garden / Redding CA)

A great place to live! Never had any problems. Management is always available for any questions. Affordable rent, apartments have all sorts of storage space, and location is close to everything.

Unfortunately this company accepted my deposit on behalf of my friend who needed an apartment immediately. Even with a vacant apartment, they did not follow up on her references or process her application for one week - until prompted. They kept the application fee and then promptly denied her. I wonder how many fees they accepted during that week? What a disappointment.
