Hit or miss! Most people you call and talk to are nice and polite but there is one person there I can't recall the name that is incredible rude and impatient on the phone. I've spoken to him few times already and each time I get the same attitude, trying to get me of the phone as they hate their job and refuse to help . To you mister (building division), no need to be rude, homeowners don't know everything related to building and development. You are there to help and if you don't want to, at least don't be rude about it. Im sure there is area in life you know nothing about and you ask questions that may seem stupid at times.
