Most kind friendly people I’ve ever met, definitely goes above and beyond for there tenants. pool and gym is always spotless. even the security is very kind and helpful. apartments are nice and quite, noting bad to say definitely was a great choice for a apartment. everyone is very thoughtful and respectful.

Antelope ridge apartments are located that best location and I love their maintenance when we need them they are right there to help us. On Sat Nov. 2,2024 i took a tour for a 1 bd. I thought the apartment was very nice and clean. Outside of the complex was nice and quiet, even though their were some children playing. The gentleman Blake who gave me the tour was very nice, polite, and have clear communication.

After 10 years I only have good things to say. The staff is class. Office management gives great service. Maintenance is on top of everything. I've never had to wait too long and have no complaints at all about the wonderful service I get. Also, the grounds are well maintained.
Sacramento is really changing, so it feels good to be in a place with consistency and care!

I talked to Nate and Blake. They showed me the apt twice and was so helpful. They weren't pushy at all. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I will be renting from this place very shortly. And the apt. Is very nice. I like the area. It seems very quiet.

I accidentally threw My Only Keys in the Big trash dumpster while emptying my trash before I had to leave, they went above and beyond to help me find them !! I would like to express my gratitude to the hard working team of people in the front office. Manisha jain is always ready patiently and very kindly to help those who comes through the office doors . The maintenance crew is outstanding A1 i would be remised if i did not mention what a great job mack the security has done and continue to do. Taking time out to talk with the youth and give them positive feed back and securing the grounds of complex making it a safe environment. Thank you .

Antelope Ridge has a great staff. Jessica, Manisha, Blake, Mack, Cherrie, Chantel and the rest of the crew do an awesome job! They address complaints, work requests, safety issues etc in a very professional manner. They are always thinking of ways and implementing activities that bring our community together!
