Annie assisted me with an out of state purchase. As a first time homebuyer, It was becoming too much and stressful on me but her kind words and refreshing spirit and telling me to "remember your why" helped see me through.She was kind, communicated with me through the entire process and even afterwards when there where a few issues post sale,at no fault of hers.Will definitely recommend to future homebuyers. Contract to close..40days!!!!

Ms Anne made our experience as first time home buyers a memorable one. We were completely clueless about the process but she made sure we were informed of all our options. Ms Anne took the time to learn us; I knew what I wanted but didn't know how to communicate it; she was very patient with me and kept making suggestions until she found what I liked. We also appreciated that she was very responsive whenever we contacted her. When we finally found our home I believe Ms Anne was as excited as my husband and I, lol. She is truly a wonderful agent!
