After a week of exploring, we found two newer homes in the same neighborhood. One had beautiful flooring and a nice kitchen, but it was located on a busy street. The other home had the same floor plan, a larger backyard, and faced a much quieter street. Andrey was very clear about the importance of location, advising us that while we could always change the floors, we couldn’t change the fact that the one home faced a busy street. His advice was invaluable, and we’re so glad we listened! The quieter street and larger yard have made such a difference in our enjoyment of our new home.
In addition to his expertise in real estate, Andrey also shared his knowledge of construction, offering us a few affordable ways to enhance our new home, which we greatly appreciated.
