My husband and I had previously experienced awful customer service from another loan officer in Yuma AZ. Luckily for us our awesome realtor, Erica Rivera, highly recommended Andrew just in time. At first we were hesitant to go with a loan officer located in another city, but we are happy we did.

Andrew responded quickly to all our inquiries in very detailed responses. If he didn’t have the answer immediately he would tell us he would follow up the next day and always kept his word, which we really appreciated. Andrew was very knowledgeable with the home loan process and provided us with different suggestions to help get the best loan that fit our needs. Andrew went above and beyond in getting us the lowest interest rate we could get, in this crazy time, without having to waste money on buying down interest.

Andrew is extremely competent and processed our loan so quickly. Extremely trustworthy, personable, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. He goes the extra mile to answer all of your questions (he did some extra research to help us understand was going on during some of the phases of our loan).
