Andie Esquivel - President/CEO, US Premier Mortgage is who you want to talk to. Very professional, very knowledgeable in his field, excellent customer service, a good people's person. There's an old saying "God's timing is perfect." We were in a bad situation, poor living conditions and the landlord kept raising the rent. We needed to get out of the slumlord apartments where we were living at the time. That's when I first met Andie in 2018. Buying a house is a lengthy process. And for a guy like me, high school dropout, bad credit, and I have major trust issues. Starting the application process was a challenge. Through Andie's direction and advice, I was able to build my credit. I came up from nothing. First, he helped me with getting pre-qualified. Then, he walked me through the loan process every step of the way. Showing me the loan terms "crunching the numbers" explaining things in a way that I could understand. Andie helped find our best options for first time home buyers. I was so nervous in the beginning, but Andie made the whole process painless and worry free. Helping me build my credit was an expert move on his part. We stayed in close communication from start to finish. And kept in contact afterwards. Andie has become my go to guy. I bounce all my financial questions off him and he always has good sound of mind advice. He's never too busy for a quick answer.
