The Advertized 24/7 CC Security Cameras which are here for tenants protection, are OFF because"We dont have to keep them on" is what I experienced, when my car was recently Vandalized, this is the response I got when I asked to see the video of who did this, There is NO VIDEO, Thank You Very Much! The Police have no way of detecting Who is Responsible, without a Security Camera Video history. There has not been courtesy notices in years: When the Water will be shut off for a period of time, We just find out the ruthless way.

Owners and management don't care about their tenants and/or community’s wellbeing or safety I have literately called and left message after message after message with all numbers I can find and the 3 times someone answers I get told they will pass it on. 4+ YEARS I HAVE TRIED TO GET THEM TO FIX THE HOLES IN THE FENCE and have been told one time it was the tenants on the other side. Well guess what management there fixed all holes on that side and stays on top of, but the holes on the dirt alley way have gotten way bigger and have grown in numbers. Also, they have camera's and refuses to share video with APD. So much for a SAFE GATED COMPLEX!!! I watch the druggies and thieves use these said holes to run from the cops and still management & owner’s due NOTHING to fix the problem. Oh, best known by parents as the complex to find their run-away children. Today I left a message for code enforcement see what the next step will be to take to make our community a little safer one step at a time. Wish I didn't have to give a star or could give negative rating.
