There are multiple stores to choose from. Sometimes it can be really difficult to find parking. But it's honestly not too bad. Especially since Walmart is one of my go to stores.

Love it. If it wasn't for this marketplace I would have to drive an additional 15 mi to get to the next shopping zone. Walmart has just about everything you need a couple of fast food places, Starbucks etc.

Everything is clean and well maintained parking is tight in some areas but overall parking is easy the traffic going in and out of the Walmart doesn't really mess with the rest of the shops the way that everything is designed is very efficient

There's many good stores and a few good restaurants in this shopping center. It's pretty difficult to live in Anderson and not come here for some reason or another fairly often. As a local business owner, it's great to see that even during these wonky times this shopping center remains fully occupied for the most part, and busy. Other malls and shopping centers all across the state have turned into ghost towns, gone bankrupt, etc., however much of Shasta county is growing and expanding

Not only can you shop at Walmart, there's a Supercuts and a few places to eat and a Starbucks, you can venture across the street to Dutch Bros, where you can also get gas and wash your car.

Kind of a little bit of everything. AlwYs clean and safe. Grocery outlet is usually the place I stop. They have great prices and one of their cashierswhom is always there when I go in, maryann, IA always friendly and goes above and beyond to help me find everything I need. And at great prices too.
