I know Pam Miller from Anchor Realty for a while now. She has managed the office with utmost sincere passion and professionalism. Her staff, under her guidance, had assisted me in the removal and replacement of big ticket items such as water heater, stove, and refrigerator in a timely manner. They genuinely cared for their clients especially during the two most recent hurricanes that came through the Valdosta area. I highly respect and recommend Pam Miller and Anchor Realty!

We have been working with Pam and team since 2018 or so and have had multiples evictions, hurricanes, AC units etc. that they have handled beautifully for us as our property manager. They do such a great job - we haven't had to physically visit the property in YEARS because they handle everything so professionally. They proactively evaluate rents at lease renewals and have been able to increase our collected rents by double in recent years. Highly recommend working with them! I'd almost buy another investment in the area just to take advantage of how great Pam and her team are! Harder to find a good property manager than a decent investment.

I have been with Anchor Realty since Feb 2024 and they have been AMAZING towards myself and my children. Any work orders needed, they were completed as quickly as possible and we did get a chance to meet the owner of our townhome multiple times and he is awesome! The team Ms Pam, Kylee, and Caitlyn, have all been very supportive in many ways and they are considered our family forever. Every time we walk through their doors, it is always a smile and so much professionalism. If you decide to go through them, you will not be disappointed and you will be in great hands.
