Amy Reihl was my mortgage loan advisor for a home that I financed in October, 2024. I'm sure she would agree that it was a complicated and at times difficult transaction. Mainly, this was due to Hurricane Helene and all the damages that it left behind. The hurricane hit just before we were about to schedule closing. There were occasions when it looked as though the chances of financing were slim to none. It is without any question that the reason I was able to finance is because of Amy Reihl. There is simply no possible way this outcome would have been reached if she were not steering all parties involved via countless calls, messages, emails, updates, and most critically, her very sound advise. She is a first class professional whose trust she has carefully earned and will keep forever. After the experience we just went through together, I would not consider working with anyone else for a mortgage, ever!
