My experience with Amy Neuharth, as our realtor, has been amazing! She was there to help whenever my husband and I bought our first home and later on she helped us in the process of selling our home and trying to help us find an apartment to rent afterwards. She was patient, understanding, and kind throughout the whole process has it was hard for my husband and I to sell our home. We appreciate her for that. She is super family friendly and we have a great relationship with her outside of her being our realtor! We definitely plan to keep using her again for the future. Thank you Amy for always being so great❤️

Amy was amazing to work with, she made the process of buying our first house easy and enjoyable! She was thorough, prompt, knowledgeable and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Our kids absolutely loved Amy when we brought them with us, she was so kind and gracious! We highly recommend her! We will be using her in the future when we are our ready to purchase our next home!

Amy was a godsend...5 stars are not enough. Our situation was complicated:
death in the family, out of state heirs, house was a disaster, cars with no title documentation, it was a hot mess. So much more than a simple real estate listing. Amy wasn't fazed....she reached deep into her rolodex to help us find a crew to clean up and dispose of the clutter, helped find homes for the cars, and by the time the house was FINALLY ready to list, she had buyers lined up. Trying to do all that from California would have been impossible. To say she went above and beyond would understate how essential she was to us. I can wholeheartedly recommend Amy as one of the best agents I've ever worked with. She's a true professional.

Can Amy walk on water? Probably not, but she can part the seas and walk on the dry space in between. Best realtor in Alaska, period. I can say Amy consistently exceeded all of our expectations without reservation from the moment we first met until long after the transaction. Amy represented us both as a Seller's and Buyer's Agent - repeatedly proving her worth on both engagements. I cannot say enough great things about Amy and would not hesitate to recommend her to my closest friends and colleagues.

There aren't enough words to express our gratitude and how lucky we are to have Amy as our realtor! Amy showed us a total of three houses. She is upfront and honest in regards to what she sees in a house. We requested to see this house and she got us in within a day. Amy has a great sense of humor and is very thorough when looking into homes you are interested in. She looks at roof ages as well as septic and informs you of potential life expectancy of those items. Any questions we had she was always speedy in getting us answers. Would recommend her to anyone looking for their next home!
