Amy is an awesome agent. She is knowledgeable, kind and extremely patients. We’re out of state and she assisted our father with finding the right home. He’s older, knows what he wants and cannot be dissuaded. Amy listened to what he wanted, understood his needs and steered him towards the right home. She was honest and told us when something didn’t seem right. Her utmost concern was not closing the deal, but making sure he found the right place. Alas, we finally did and our father is happy and content. Thank you so much, Amy! He could not have found a place to call home without you!

Amy is the only real estate agent that you'll ever need. I really knew absolutely nothing about how the whole process of selling a house and buying another worked. Amy took care of everything. I told her that I wanted to sell my house and buy another all in the same day and, that's exactly what happened. It really couldn't have went any better. She is so easy to talk to and I feel that I have a really good friendship with Amy. Like I said before Amy is the ONLY real estate agent you need to hire. When she goes to work you had better start packing because it doesn't take very long till she calls and tells you IT'S SOLD!

My husband and I have been coming to Guntersville for 10 years. Our goal was to find a spot near the lake for us to enjoy. We enjoy fishing. We have fallen in love with Guntersville Lake. In the 10 years of coming here we have made wonderful friends with similar interests. We have eaten at some of the best eateries in the area. Amy found the perfect spot for us to retire to.
