Simply put, Amparo with Cedar & Ivy Real Estate is nothing short of amazing! My wife and I had a house that we were getting ready to sell. Amparo walked through the house with me and my contractor and she told us exactly what needed to be done to get the house ready for the market. Three weeks later, after all the work was done that Amparo recommended, our house went on the market. Amparo got an offer on our house the first night that it was on the market! We chose Amparo because she is known as a go-getter. She is super friendly and beyond professional. Amparo knows her market well and I cannot recommend her and Cedar & Ivy enough. Whether you are selling or buying, go with Cedar & Ivy Real Estate -you will not be disappointed!

Over promises and under delivers. Warning: Catch Miss Amparo on a bad day and her telephone response to a simple inquiry regarding the sales process can turn acerbic and defensive. Her very unprofessional behavior and combative communication caused me to lose confidence and trust in her ability to carry out the list of duties and responsibilities I paid a commission for her to execute. I had to restrict communication from her solely to emails and texts. She makes many claims that she cannot fulfill. Very disappointed.
