From the beginning Beth was SUPER helpful and helped us through all of our MANY questions and concerns. Jasmine has been amazing, helping us choose colors and designs. My husband and I decided to build a new home in February 2024. We went to Valdosta to discuss our options with Beth. She was super helpful and patient with all of our questions. We signed a contract to build in February, conveniently applied for financing and our home started in April. We are about 2 weeks from moving in. The process has been too easy. They made our appointments for color choices fun and exciting. The property managers have been accessible. We love America’s Home Place and would recommend them to anyone who wants an easy and affordable experience.

America’s Home Place Valdosta is the best home building company around. They work with you step by step through the process and ease any concerns you may have. Building a home is stressful and they definitely help you eliminate some of that stress! They are all so nice and want you to be happy with your purchase! My project manager was Chris Newsome, amazing guy and kept me updated every process of my build. He answered any and all questions I had. If he’s in charge of your build, then you’re in good hands! If you’re thinking about building a house, look no further, I highly recommend America’s Home Place Valdosta!

Our experience with America's Home Place has been great. The sales team Beth and Jasmine were super nice and knowledgeable. If by some chance they didn't have an answer for us, they got the answer and back to us quickly. They did their best to keep stress levels down and the experience fun. They understand that building your forever home is supposed to be a fun event. After our time with them was over we were put in the care of Ryan. Our project manager. He has been just as great. Keeps us informed, addresses our concerns and resolves them quickly. He reaches out to us weekly with progress and updates on what's going to happen next. We are not through yet but it won't be long. I did a lot of research before making the decision to go with America's Home Place and this has been the best decision for us.

It's to early to really say much. We are just starting the process of building our new home. I can say that the floor room has a very convenient selection of beautiful floor displays to select from. Beth is very professional and helpful. As this process continues I will update. Again I have no complaints but we are jsut starting this process.

So far, so good. Ryan and his team have answered every question, returned messages, and returned texts quickly. He has kept us on budget and when we pointed out issues, he got on the phone, right in front of us, and got them resolved. He updates us with weekly progress reports and what the next steps will be. Thanks to Beth and Jasmine for helping to get the ball rolling and deciding on finishes. Will update when project is complete.
