My fiance and I recently purchased our first home together. Tarra was our mortgage lender and we have to say...she was absolutely amazing. To purchase our home didn't come easy but she was always in contact with his either through email or texting to make sure we got everything we needed to get our loan approved. Weekends and at night, Tarra was always there for us and we truly appreciate everything she did. We highly recommend Tarra to anyone who is ready to purchase a home.

Absolutely thankful to have found Blake for our loan officer. As first-time home buyers in this crazy market, he made the process as seamless as possible. We were house hunting in April 2022 when rates were starting to rise drastically. Blake made it possible we didn't exceed our DTI and qualified for the loan at closing. Do not underestimate the power of having a great loan officer!! He's a joy to work with. If you're an essential/medical worker, I highly recommend going to APM. They will work in your best interest. His boss, Tarra, was also super awesome and helpful. My partner and I couldn't be happier 🙂
