As a tenant of a commercial property ( Yulee Corners) managed by ACR, I have had a very negative experience. ACR has been neglectful of the property. There is trash piled up in the shrubs and around trash dumpster. This trash has been here for months not just weeks. There are parking issues that have been long term with no resolvement efforts by ACR. As a Business Owner in Yulee Corners I care about the property being clean and well kept. ACR's response when I report issues is to make me feel like I am the problem and to set up barriers so I cant report problems. From my experience with ACR, I do not recommend them as a Property Manager.

Tara was amazing, her follow through was excellent. Having just sold a home in another state where I felt I has to go it alone on several issues, she just took care of things, referred me to repair individuals, inspection companies, really stepped up to the plate with recommendations and timeliness reminders. The good folks over at Amelia Coastal Realty were an absolute pleasure to work with. Tara Thousand was knowledgeable, responsive, and her team really looked out for us throughout the buying process with our commercial real estate purchase. But that’s not where it ended. Tara and Phil Griffin went above and beyond AFTER the close and held our hand during the permitting process with the city. They helped us overcome some obstacles to begin the “simple” renovations to our new property. Andrea and Jason have been great as well working so hard to help us achieve the dream of opening our Spa.
