My roommate and I lived her for almost a year and we loved our lives there. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You truly cannot be the price here either. We appreciate everything Denise and her guys did for us! If we needed something, they didn’t hesitate to get on it!

I lived here during college and wish I could come back. Ms Denise and all other staff were always kind and genuinely happy to help or answer any questions. She also worked with us because were we college students. I NEVER had any bug problems outside or the occasional spider in the 3 and a half years I lived there. The other residents kept to themselves and were otherwise friendly/ minded their own business. Honestly it wasn't quiet all the time because there are a lot of kids that play together and occasional loud music. Rent is cheap and literally this place is a one of a kind and haven't found any other place like it. When you first move in you might need to scrub a little extra hard to clean it up a little but overall i really think this place is a diamond in the rough.

The apartment manager is great! I was able to rent my apartment last year by email and phone. It was exactly as described, and was ready when I arrived. Maintenance guys are quick to respond to problems. When I leave or arrive after dark, I feel safe in the area. My neighbors are quiet. There are children in the complex and their parents keep a close eye on them. Can't wait for the pool to open!

I have been here for almost a week, but thought I'd share my experience so far. I have no found a roach or even a carcass of a roach. The place is huge/nice for the price ratio. The area is not ghetto, but by no means perfect (no apartment area will be perfect its just bound to happen). If you think this area is ghetto live in Lauren's or Chicago for 2 days. You'll rethink. The property manager has done everything in her power to help us make this a smooth transition and ease the move in process.

Will update if anything changes overall great place I would recommend especially if on a budget.

Denise has been a life saver! My college son and 2 of his teammates are transferring to Lander and I’m a state away from it all! She has been kind, thorough, and prompt in all correspondence! She has made this stressful process as smooth as possible and has answered the multitude of questions I’ve thrown at her with grace and patience. I walk my one year old everyday and it’s a Very quiet neighborhood, Very well kept. Maintenance men are great and always help in a timely manner, The property manager made it very smooth for us to move in and has always been very nice and understanding, all around a very welcoming and friendly staff!! we love it here!!
