We have purchased 3 homes and sold 3. This would be our fourth home purchase. Each time we have worked with a different agent. Amanda is by far the BEST agent we have worked with. She helped us find a home sight unseen. She walked us virtually through many homes and listened to what our investment goals were. Wish we could take her to each location we move so we could work with her again and again. If you are searching for a home while stationed in RI or moving to RI you need to work with Amanda. We highly recommend her!

Amanda is great! I've had such a positive experience with her. As a first time homebuyer, I have had many questions and really needed someone guiding me and looking out for me through every step in the process. Amanda was able to be that guide for me, in addition to navigating all the negotiating involved in RE transactions. You can tell right away that she is experienced and not just a "hobby" real estate agent. In addition to all this, she is kind, professional, and prompt in her responses. Amanda is as Professional as they come. She helped me with investment properties. She brought to the table things that most realtors don't. Actual market intelligence! there was a property I was looking at - and she came back to me with zoning and flood plane issues that I did not know about. She is also truly interested in getting you the property that you need... not just any property so she can move on to the next client.
