From what I understood that the person who did my neighbor's survey was the owner and had a helper with him! that person was very violent with his behavior when he first came however he turned to just being rude later.

They will dump your project. The admin said that they are too busy and can’t continue with my project. First they took my request and provided a quote then they backed up after I followed up on the quote. They didn’t even call. The admin sent an email instead of calling to justify their action.
